Ginger Baste For Pork By Peter Lenkefi, Fri Dec 9th
2/3 c Brown sugar 1/4 c Wine vinegar 2 tb Cornstarch 2/3 c Soysauce 2 ts Freshly grated ginger root 1/4 ts MSG (Optional) 2 eaCloves garlic, crushed Combine ingedients thoroughly until sugaris dissolved. Let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavorsbefore using.
Stir well before brushing on pork during cooking.
